- Aoenjang, fermented soybean paste, has antiobesity and antioxidative effects in overweight individuals with mutant alleles of PPAR-γ2.[1]
- Intake of fermented soybean (natto) increases serum levels of circulating vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) and gamma-carboxylated osteocalcin in normal individuals.[2]
- Addition of fermented soybean extract MicrSoy-20 as an adjuvant to chemotherapy can be effective in improving quality of life for cancer patients.[3]
